Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your e-mail box accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect mails from one e-mailbox account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Just specify the mailbox you want to redirect mails from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will do everything else.
